I can’t believe its December already! This year has just flown by! I looked at my last post on here and it was from June! So much has happened since then. Where to start….

Brock had a great summer! He was able to volunteer with the Looking Ahead Program (actors’ union children’s group) at the Habitat for Humanity Youth Build. He worked with a lot of really great people and had a lot of fun! He spent a week with his dad and brother, Mel at Boy Scout Camp. He has been working on a project with his brothers that is currently still in production. He aslo made a really great friend this summer named Nick Jenkins who introduced him to sled hockey. Now Brock is busy helping organize the first ever sled hockey league in Ventura County!
Mel also had a really great summer! He went to Boy Scout Camp for his first time and earned his Pro-Marksman in Riffles from the NRA. He also discovered a love of acting! Acting wasn’t something Mel thought he’d want to do, but after trying out for a local student film and getting the part, he quickly discovered how much he loved it! He’s been really busy lately filming everything from TV shows & commercials, to TV movies & feature films! He even had the chance with work with both his brothers on a project they have currently in production. Mel also had the chance to compete for the second year with his school’s Lego Robotics team where he served as Co-Captain & Lead Programmer.

William has been our busiest of the 3 boys. He attended Cub Scout Day Camp and has been very busy on set for various projects. He is currently in production on a big project where he had the opportunity to work with both his brothers. William was also cast to play “Little Bieber” for a Doritos commercial, and was asked to revise the role of “Sam” from the horror film “Trick R’ Treat” for a series of promo spots for FearNet. He really loved it! William has been busy developing his dancing skills too!

Melvin (Dad) has been busy working a lot! He and his friend & business partner have been hard at work getting ready to open their new automotive shop. 2012 is going to be a great year for them!
I’ve been running around managing the family (hence the lack of time to update this blog!). I’m really enjoying every minute I get to spend with my family in our daily hustle & bustle. In my “spare time” I’ve been keeping busy creating custom scrapbooks for friends & clients. The creative outlet helps keep me sane!
I promise to do a better job keeping up on the blog! I have a great new phone that I can use know to make posts which will help. We hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving & that your holidays this winter will be magical!
